Travel fees apply to sessions located more than 30 miles from the Photographer’s location. Travel will be charged at $0.50 per mile, calculated based on round-trip distance (to and from the location).
*The maximum number of people per session is 6, including children. Any additional person will be $25 each.
*Extra digital photos may be purchased for an additional $15 per photo.
*The canvas size may vary. If you prefer a larger size, an additional fee will apply beyond the base price.
The Essence Capture does not provide RAW format photos or unedited galleries. Our work is art, and as such, it is delivered fully edited. You will have access to your complete gallery with a watermark for copyright protection, and you can select the number of photos included in your package, along with additional photos if desired.

How it works?
It is recommended to schedule the session a few days before (4-7 days) the baby’s birthday each month!
This service is completely home-based, making it very convenient, easy, and comfortable for the family.
Mini sessions of 15 minutes each month: this session is short and it is expected that the space where the baby is going to pose is already ready with the theme, outfit, toys or signs that you want to use! Yay!
We’ll provide you with all the tips and tricks to ensure your baby is always ready and happy for their monthly session!
Each month, you can use our little beds, swaddles, and neutral backgrounds at no additional cost.
You’ll get 3 digital and professionally edited photographs every month & will be delivered 48 hours later.
The session of the 1st year last 30 minutes and family can be included. We can also do this last session the baby’s own birthday party for an additional cost.
You will find all the details of this package, including costs for additional photos and the props that are included, such as little beds, backgrounds, and other elements, in the contract we will send to your email.
